Delivery and Shipping Policy
Within Göteborg kommun
- Charges: FREE delivery on ordering 499kr or more and below then a 100kr will be charged extra for delivery charges
- Delivery Time: Within 1-2 business days (between 18:00 to 22:00)
- Tracking: Yes, receive a tracking link or delivery update via email or SMS
- Payments: Swish 123 242 68 49 or Card (debit/credit)
Note: Goods will be delivered at the nearest car parking
Outside Göteborg Kommun (within Sweden)
- Charges: Flat 200 SEK per box up till 19kgs
- Dispatch Time: Within 1-3 business days
- Shipping Method: Via postal services
- Tracking: Yes, receive a tracking link or delivery update via email or SMS
- Payments: Swish 123 242 68 49 or Card (debit/credit)
- Note: Please don’t send orders for fresh vegetables and frozen products, since we don’t send these products through postal services
Note: Maximum weight for nearest pickup point is only 19kg. If your order exceeds 19kg then we have to split the order into parts and hipping charges will be accordingly to the weight.
Sometimes, due to unavoidable situations, delivery can’t be possible as mentioned above. In such cases, we will inform in advance.
