Terms – SALE or DISCOUNT or OFFER
The sale is valid up till the dates mentioned. During the SALE we will offer, DISCOUNT, and the discount is only applied to selected products and will be automatically applied at checkout. It shows a regular price and the new price.
The SALE or DISCOUNT cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer available online. It can also not be used with a gift card.
We (groceryonline.se on behlf of Siazco Enterprises) reserves the right to refuse any promotional code that we deem invalid or false. Offers and discounts from the sale are not exchangeable for cash. Returned products will be refunded with the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights. The discount cannot be used when buying gift cards.

Section B: Terms of purchase
OUR AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS AND THE ORDER PROCESS
6.1 On the website, we sell products and provide information about them. We offer you to place an order with us. However, this does not mean that we are obliged to accept all orders you place with us. Please note that the agreement between us will only be formed when we have accepted your order. The acceptance of the order takes place when an electronic order confirmation of your goods has been sent. An electronic order form that you have completed all the steps at checkout, does not mean that we have accepted your order.
Each order can include any number of products. Note, however, that certain restrictions may apply if they are set forth in these Terms or on the Website. Each order you complete is a separate agreement between us. By law, we must deliver products that comply with our agreement. We strive for the images on our website to be as accurate as possible, but we ask you to note that there may be a slight color difference on the products shown. We also have the right to refuse delivery of products to anyone.
6.2 There may be further conditions stated when you order from us, but we ask you to note that these have no effect on these conditions. Nor do the conditions you set up affect this.
6.3 We have written together an explanation of how the process for placing an order with us works. You can read it below. It also explains how the agreement regarding the sale of products between us is formed. You can also read important information about payment and delivery at our website.
Step 1 – Choose your products
You select the product you want to buy by clicking on it and then click on “Add to cart”.
Step 2 – Review your shopping cart
You can review and change the products you have added to your shopping cart. Note that the number of products that can be purchased also depends on the maximum number of products available. Of course, you can also delete unwanted products by clicking “Delete”. Once you have made your changes, you can see the total value of the shopping cart. At this point, you can also apply a coupon code if you have any and then proceed to checkout. When you enter a valid coupon code and click “Apply coupon”, the total value of your shopping cart will be automatically updated. If you want to buy more products, you can continue to add items to your shopping cart.
Step 3 – Go to checkout
As soon as you click check-out button, you are brought into a secure environment. You will notice that the url is already “https” and a padlock icon appears next to the “https”. You can fill in your billing details, delivery details and choose Payment Method. Then check on ”I have read and agreed to the website terms & condition” and to proceed to place your order with us by clicking the “Place order” button.
By clicking “Place order”, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. At this point, your information will be handed over to us.
Step 4 – Order Confirmation
Once we have received confirmation that your payment has been approved, a screen will appear thanking you for your order. You will then receive an order number and an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order. The order confirmation confirms products, prices and shipping fees. We recommend that you save a copy of the order confirmation for your own use.
We would like to draw your attention again to the fact that the acceptance of your order only takes place when an electronic order confirmation of your goods has been sent.
6.4 If we decide that it is reasonable, we may deny or cancel your order. If this happens, it may be due to the following:
6.4.1 We cannot receive an authorized payment or the payment process is incomplete.
6.4.2 We identify a product or pricing error on the website.
6.4.3 You fail to meet all eligibility criteria that we may introduce from time to time.
6.4.4 We suspect that your order is related to a fraud.
6.4.5 You fail to provide us with the necessary and relevant information to enable us to fulfill the order.
6.4.6 The products are sold out or not available.
6.5 We may contact you to verify your details before we process and ship your order. We can also contact you if it is not possible to accept the order. For example, we can do this if your order is of particularly high value. If we contact you, we will do so by e-mail or telephone.
6.6 Please note that you may not resell the products you purchase from us as a private customer, or give them away as a commercial company, as the products we sell to you as a private customer are intended for private use by the consumer.
But of course you can resell the products you purchase from us, if you are a business customer with us and have signed a written agreement of buying & selling with us.
Please note that we have the right to limit the total value of an order. If the total value of the products in the shopping cart exceeds the limit we have chosen, we can contact you.
6.7 Order Cancellation
– Customer can cancel an order within 24 hours or before the start of delivery, by contacting us at slaes@groceryonline.se or Whatsapp +46 763 198 761 and confirm the cancellation.
– It’s not possible to cancel after the delivery.
– The customer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours or before delivery without giving a reason.
– No charge applicable for cancelling the order before delivery.
6.8 Change in Order
You can change or modify the order, once it’s placed online before the start of delivery, Please call us or Whatsapp us on +46 763 198 761 for any modification.
7. PRICE AND PAYMENT
7.1 You can see prices and shipping costs on the website. Prices include VAT and are in Swedish kronor. Shipping costs are displayed separately on the website and you can find them when you place your order. You can see your shipping fee for the order when you go to the shopping cart where it is listed under your selected products. This means that you can order several products in one order.
7.2 Please note that we can change prices at any time. Should there be a price difference between the times, the order was placed and when we send it, you will not be liable to claim the refund in case of any price difference or thus cannot also cancel your order, once an electronic order confirmation of your goods has been sent.
7.3 Offers and promotions on the website are subject to availability. This means that we can change or withdraw them at any time and this can also be done without notice. Nothing forces us to maintain offers or promotions for a certain period. Also note that additional terms may apply to offers and promotions. If so, details of this will be displayed.
7.4 We only send the products after we have received the entire payment. This is with the exception of Business consumer Faktura.
7.5 Right now, we accept payment via Strip, who almost all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard. You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder by placing an order. Please note that if you have a credit or debit card, we may issue validation and security checks. The purchases may also need to be approved by the card issuer and there may be additional conditions from the issuer. If this does not allow payment, your order will not be accepted. We will then also not take responsibility for delays or non-delivery.
7.6 Check your card issuer’s terms carefully before submitting your payment details to us. Your card issuer may charge you for using your card on our website.
7.7 If we do not have enough products in stock to complete your order, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. If this happens, we will of course refund or cancel your transaction. We will do this as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after you placed your order. However, we will not offer any compensation if products you order are not available.
7.8 We will compare the information you provide to us with available registers. This includes ballot data and credit reporting services. We may also contact a third party to validate your information, such as a registered credit reporting company. If you place an order with us, it means that you agree to these checks. Under our privacy policy, you can see that these measures are taken to protect you and to ensure that your experience with us is as safe as possible.
8. RETURNS
8.1 You have the right to return the products, with certain exceptions listed below. You do not need to give any reasons for this if you say so within 14 days, starting the day after you received your products. This is the withdrawal period.
8.2 You can return the products by contacting us via post, or via e-mail at sales@groceryonline.se or You can do so via our online contact us form Contact Us . Feel free to save proof that you have contacted us.
8.3 You must return the products to us within 7 days after you have notified us that you wish to return the products. This is done in accordance with the return instructions that come with your order. After the COVID-19 pandemic, we request to customers that the returning products must be unpacked / unused and should be in original packaging. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted. Please note that returns are at your own risk and expense.
8.4 If you are unable to return the products by post, you will be responsible for the cost of delivering the products to us. If you contact customer service, we can try to give you an estimate of the delivery cost.
8.5 We will normally refund the product price only (delivery charges will not be refunded, as they are non-refundable) within 14 days of receipt of the returned products and a proof of postage. Please note that you must return the products in the same condition as you received them. If you unpacked or use or damage the products, refund will not be accepted.
8.6 In the event of a return, we will refund you as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day, we will receive back the product in the same original packaging (without unpacking, packing seal will not be torn) as they were, when you received the order. We will then refund only the amount for the returned products, shipping cost will not be refunded as it’s always be non-refundable. Also note that you are responsible for the return costs if you want to cancel an order.
You have no legal right to return/cancel the following items: (i) Fresh & frozen Products such as vegetables & food items, all general food items, dairy products, drinks and flowers; (ii) Audio/video recordings, DVDs or computer programs; (iii) Products made to your own specification; (iv) magazines or newspapers; or any other products some considered as grocery/food items.
And the products & product categories that can be sealed by the firm and thus exempted from the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken.
If something goes wrong:
8.7 We guarantee that the products we deliver are of satisfactory quality and are suitable for the purpose for which products of this kind are commonly used.
8.8 If you return a product, we will inspect the products. If we agree that there is a defect in the product, we will refund only the purchase price, shipping cost will not be refunded as it’s always be non-refundable. This is provided that you have returned the product to us within a reasonable time after you have received your order.
8.9 If you return a product, and product packaging is being torn or is not as like original packaging (without unpacking, packing seal will not be torn) as they were when you received the order, your cancellation and refund rights will be cancelled and we will not be liable to refund you back, as already stated above.
8.10 Do not unpack the packaging or use the products further before returning them to us if you think there is something wrong with them.
8.11 We strive to refund you, but at the latest within 30 days after we will receive back the product in the same original packaging (without unpacking, packing seal will not be torn) as they were, when you received the order. Please contact us at sales@groceryonline.se for return/refund. We reserve the right to cancel or reject your refund claim against return of product, as stated above.
8.12 Finally, when you return products to us, we ask that you do this via the post office so that you can receive a shipping certificate. We are not responsible for products that have disappeared or been damaged during the postage. All return must be sent back to us at the following address:

9. DELIVERY
9.1 We strive to deliver products within the time frames specified on our website. References to “working days” refer to all days of the week except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. It can sometimes happen that we cannot influence the time for delivery or execution. This means that we will not be responsible for whether the products are delivered outside these times. We are also not responsible for the consequences of delays. If a delay occurs, we will use reasonable efforts to contact you via email and provide a new delivery time.
9.2 If the products are sold out, we will notify you of this via e-mail. If you order more than one product, we cannot guarantee that all products will be delivered to you in one delivery and we reserve the right to send your order in several shipments.
9.3 The ownership of the products will only be given to you after they have been sent from us. The products are yours from the time of delivery and you should therefore take reasonable steps to take care of them.
9.4 If products or quantities do not match what you ordered due to an error on our part, you should inform us of this via, e-mail as soon as possible, and we will then rectify it accordingly. We ask you to contact us in advance so that we can arrange your return. All products that you receive by mistake and intend to return should not be opened or used.
9.5 The products will be delivered to the address you specify in the order process. Delivery methods can, however, vary depending on which courier company delivers the products. You must enter a valid address for your delivery. The delivery option we use may vary depending on the type of product and the quantity you have ordered. 9.6 We reserve the right to make alternative arrangements for delivery. This is due to the courier company that we use to deliver goods. This may include leaving the products at a service point, and picked up by yourself.
Delivery restrictions 9.7 Please don’t send orders for fresh vegetables and frozen products via post, since we don’t send these products through postal services because of the restrictions of various courier companies. To a limited extent, we may need to cancel your order and fix you with a full refund.
10. OUR RIGHTS OF THE PRODUCTS
All intellectual property rights in the products, including all designs, trademarks, brand names, images and logos are and shall remain the property of us or our licensors. Rights, titles or intellectual property interests will never pass to you.
11. GENERAL
11.1 We are not responsible for whether a product you want to buy is sold out or if we cannot offer you the product. We are also not responsible for whether we are unable to fulfill our obligations under the agreement, or for any costs or liabilities that may arise as a result of circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, any form of natural disasters, floods, fires, trade disputes, lack of third party materials or misconduct or terrorist acts.
11.2 The agreement between you and us is binding. You may not transfer or transfer your rights or obligations to another person without our express consent. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under the contract or appoint a third party to assist us in fulfilling our obligations at any time. This is provided that it will not diminish our obligations to you.
11.3 If any clause in this Agreement is in any way considered invalid by a court or other competent authority, all other clauses in the contract will still apply.
11.4 If neither we nor you act on the rights set up under this Agreement, these will not be affected if the rights are exercised at a later stage. If a party chooses not to rely on a right, this will not affect any of the other rights of the parties.
11.5 This contract is governed by Swedish law and both parties agree that any disputes that arise will be decided by Swedish courts.
11.6 We may change these terms at any time and without notice. Any change will take effect immediately after it is published. If you have already placed an order that we have accepted, the agreement will continue to cover the terms that were in place at the time you placed your order.
11.7 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude or restrict rights that under applicable law cannot be excluded or restricted. This means that these terms will not change any rights that the law grants you and that we are not allowed to change or limit.
11.8 Each message that you send to us will be considered delivered in the following way, depending on how you sent it:
11.8.1 If you give your message in person, it will be considered delivered on the same day.
11.8.2 If you post your message, the date stated on the proof of postage is considered to be the delivery date.
11.8.3 If the message has been sent or e-mail, it is considered to have been delivered on the same day as you sent it to us. The message must be sent to the address specified in Section 8.12.
11.9 Only you and I have rights under this contract. This means that no other person may apply the terms of this contract or invoke the rights under it.
11.10 This Agreement constitutes the understanding between us and all prior agreements and arrangements, whether written or oral, are not valid. Both acknowledge, by entering into the contract, that neither of us has relied on any other promise.
